What is the length and inside diameter of your present spring. I just upgraded mine as I grew a few pounds since I set it up for my previous weight at 240.

The length is not as critical as the ID. As I recall the ID of my spring for my Ohlins shock is about 2.25".

The spring I have came from MX Tech and the rate was set for a 240lbs,B enduro rider. My backpack must have gained weight or maybe my new boots are heavier.
