Default Gas Gas restructuring

Hadn't seen mentioned here.

https://enduro21.com/index.php/endur...nish-endurogps

From the article it seems they're possibly moving to separate from Torrot implying that it's planned. Still kind of a surprise given Christophe Nambotin's performance in France.

And yes Jim Cook I need to call, LoL

Not surprising given the task that the rebuilding of a broken company takes . Running a good company is tuff enough but one that had GasGas problems I am curious how it all comes out .

From what I've heard/know.

Torrot has been manufacturing a number of their vehicles inside the GasGas factory. The intent is for Torrot to move production to a new location, and eventually sell GasGas as a profitable company. That shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone since that was one of the possible plans from the beginning.
GasGas had a record 2018 year, and is doing very well in unit sales, but they do need to focus on getting product to market, specifically the new Ranger, and GP Enduro's.

Looks like Rangers are rolling off the lines now, which is awesome, and I'd expect to see a 2020 product launch pretty soon with 2020 MY bikes hitting dealer floors by late fall.

Well, that doesn't look too good, I would hate to see things go south again.

From what I see in latest news from girona - they will end up laying off 20 people in the plant in girona - probably 5 of these are from the gasgas line and the others from the electric product line. (given the numbers were previously 24 and 6 respectively).
