Default Fork oil

Hey,

Got a gift card to a yamaha dealer recently (.... i guess my bike is blue) and figure the forks could use some new oil... and maybe the shock while im at it.

Anyway, 2006 DE300, i was told by the PO that it was re-valved by LTR, if that matters. Anyway, wondering what I should be looking at for oils? weights, and heights. Ideally in the process i'd like to take a little high speed out of the forks.

I would email LTR and ask what he uses.
