Default Added another GasGas to the stable

Picked up a 2003 EC 125 for $850. Bike has full Ohlins suspension on it. Motor just had a new sleeve and piston installed, new FMF pipe and silencer, water pump seal, rear linkage bearings and host of other little fixes. Fork seals are leaking. New fork seals were included. Theres still a little work to be done to get her going. Bought it for my 12 y/o son. Hopefully it will be a decent bike for him.

Nice! I wish I had had that instead of my SL100 when I was 12.

I pounded a gasgas mc 125 for 5 years. Best bike I ever owned until I replaced it with the 6 days. 5 years on the original clutch basket, hub and pressure plate. The only reason I replaced the plates shortly after I bought it was because the aluminum plates wore out. 4 years on the plates while running all steel plates. It's the only upgrade that motor needs. Incredibly tough and reliable bikes, but ring them often as the exhaust bridge likes to wear into the ring a bit. Nice find!
