Default Castrol oils

A few weeks ago i needed premix oil for my 300ec my local offroad shop was closed so only place open was a micky mouse shop and all they had was Castrol Actevo 2T oil, I normally use Castrol TTS but they didnt have this but i wanted to get out on the bike so i took the chance and what a diffrence on the bike, revs so much cleaner from low revs, hardly and dribbling out of the exhaust bike runs 10 times better than on TTS but ive been told (By a orange KTM fan) i shouldnt run my bike on actevo its not good quality oil hence it being half the price of TTS

Is it ok to run my 300 on Actevo or should i stick with TTS..... the cost is not a problem but the better running i love but if its bad for the engine id rather use the TTS

Hmmm, interesting find. I see it's rated JASO FC whereas tts is FD
FD is higher spec, but I have no idea if that higher spec is relavent to our engines...?

I run TTS too and find it messy out the pipe, but just assumed that was due to my complete lack of jetting skills
