After a part was broke and took to long to find so I made a replacement out of plumbing parts!
Fits good and it does not look crappy and even better it is water tight!

Default Swingarm and Suspension Bearings

I pulled the swingarm off my 2011 EC 300, it has about 125 -140 hrs in total. There wasn't any play in the swingarm, horizontal or vertical. Here is what the bearings looked like.

Here is the suspension link bearing,

The swingarm bushings looked a little thrashed, so I replaced them. One of the old bushings is on the right and the two new ones are on the right. I got the two new bushings from Wrench Rabbit, there were about 10.00 USD each. Below are the linkage arms and pivot bolt.

Here is the linkage arms,

Here is the suspension link bearing after cleanup. So, all the bearings cleaned up very well. I packed all the bearings in Bel Ray Salt Water Proof Grease.

And its very important to have a dog like this as your supervisor as you bolt everything back up.

This is the rear of the bike after the removal of the swingarm.

The swingarm bearings are caged but the suspension bearings are full complement drawn cup, ie no cages, so when you remove the grease the needles can fall out. Just don't lose the needles, regrease the cup and pack the needles back into the cup. Here is a link to SKF that explains the difference.

This is the suspension link during disassembly.

This is photo after the swingarm bolt and and frame guards were reinstalled.

This is the bike after reassembly, but I have more work to do checking general items and installing some upgrades. Updates to follow.
