Question Cylinder to Crankcase Gasket order?

I am currently reassembling the top end of my '03 EC200 and i realized that there are THREE different gaskets that all sit on top of each other between the cylinder and the crank case. I have no idea of the order.

See page 113 and 114 of the link below to see what i am referring to (also shows thicknesses)

Does anyone know the correct order?

The order doesn't matter.
Also, many of us have gone to a single gasket. I use a single 0.3
Some even use a single 0.15, although I've read it doesn't always seal well.
I think stock is usually 0.3 + 0.5, not all three, but I guess no harm in using them all.
