Any good hardware store should have them.

Like the kind of store your grandfather probably went to...

Ahh the Europeans and their quaint range of fasteners. Always wondered why there were so many sockets in a set.

My Beta had exhaust pipe held on with M7s which had 11mm heads and we're so close to the pipe you had to use an open ender and it took about 10 minutes to do them up.

Still. If it weren't for the French we'd all still be using ridiculous sizes with an array of silly fractions and treads per inch.
That and Michelin tyres. OK two things are enough.

I looked for longer than stock 7mm cap screw for several hours and never found them. I needed them to try to grab the last few threads in the clamp after the close threads galled, bound up and stripped. (FYI- it is a great idea to put anti-seize on these threads so they don't gall.) I found longer 7mm hex head screws and added a 1/4 in steel tube spacer so the hex head was outside the recessed hole and the spacer was able to fit inside the recessed hole and put pressure on the flat contact point.

M7's are an odd size. I only found them with hex heads as you did.

Just for you Americans M7 is a very unusual size here in Europe. I don’t know why gasgas is using it. In my opinion just to make after market business

No it’s the 10 bolts for the triple clamp. I have 8 good ones , one that’s stripped and one that’s broke. Nothing locally has anything close. I can find them in PA , but $5 and some change is pretty expensive for me .

Honestly, when you consider shipping, you should just buy the two local bolts for 5 bucks each.
