(2) questions about my '06 EC300:
(1) A member here has (or had) an aftermarket taillight that he had mounted on his '04 250, I think. Does my '06 have the same rear sub-frame and fender configuration? I got mine with no lights at all.
(2) I'm sure this has been discussed, but the right footbegs bashes HARD into the rear brake lever WAY before the peg has folded any real distance. I've though of cutting/grinding the offending corner off the peg, but what is the common practice here? Just leave it alone and hope a hard lowside on the right side doesn't damage the brake lever? |

06 and 04 are the same they changed in 07
I have ground the footpeg down on two bikes and had no problems.

+1 on the footpegs. Both my older gassers would hit the brake pedal chewing into it. I did as cbutler did and ground them down. Zero problems after that.
