its also easier to see thru the "transparent" tank sides, smells decent, and only drools enough to let you know that some oil survived the burn.ideal

May be and old thread, buy does anyone know about bendzall 460 "green label"? Its a castor oil.

Firm sold it as a final-sale due to closing the Shop at 3,60? / liter. The oil is widely used in karting,as the klotz and maxima 927, al being castor-based.

Castor tends to gym up rings and PVs, and maybe i should mix the bendzall with other synthetic oils in the premix?

Opti-2@50:1

I'm part of a maintenance team for non-automotive equipment in a municipality of over 1 million people. We have hundreds of 2 stroke implements that are used in terrible conditions. Rescue saws, urban forestry equipment, etc. The stuff used for emergency utility repairs are absolutely brutalized, premix ratios are often close enough, these are machines that are often full throttle the moment they start. -35C to +35C, rain, snow, mud, occasional partially submerged use (not kidding). Other machines are WOT through multiple tanks of fuel all day, week after week. Although the machines are spec'd for 50:1 we use them at 70:1 successfully per Opti's claims. It's thousands of hours each year of hard use and I have yet to see a machine fail, or wear out early, because of oil related performance. This experience quantifies the oil as a good performer to me, and I suspect it's good enough to run in my dirt bike

I get a deal on it through a friend, but the biggest reason I like maxima is because when I did a 30 mile ride through super technical rocky single track with no coolant in the bike, when it did finally burn down on the road back to the truck, it melted the piston, turned the wrist pin blue, melted the spark plug, but never seized. Everything still had a sticky coat of oil on it. I think that's pretty cool.
I have a 2012 250EC. Where is the PV drain?
