RM250 NEDJ needle and replace the float needle set height. Should get 80-100km depending upon terrain, how much do you need?

You may want to also look into the STIC metering block for your Keihin.

I was running a Lectron on my 14 KTM XC300. It ran MUcH better than the stock carb and got better fuel mileage.
Replaced that with a Smartcarb and its amazing! better than FI. Haven't ran it enough to report fuel mileage.
I put the Lectron on my 2000 Gas Gas XC300 and its a whole new bike!
I will never run a kehien on anything ever again. No more tail chasing with the "magic" needle and pilot jets. DONE with all that....

The STIC made a noticeable fuel efficiency improvement, but I did not measure it specifically.
