Default 48 mazzorchi do they need to warm up ?

I have had my 48 s revalved and for the first 30 minutes riding they deflect off everything after 30 minutes this goes away the suspension tuner says this is normal with these forks has anyone else noticed this ?

All suspension does change in characteristics as they come up to temp. Is it normally noticable? I haven't found it to be.

I have noticed with the 48mm Zokes that when I take the bike off the stand they have a lot of stiction and feel really firm until I give them a few bounces. Not enough hours on the bike to know if what you say is true, but I usually have a bit of cruisy transport before I get into the thick of the nasty stuff anyway. I personally have a feeling that the stock seals are a bit of the problem.

I have not noticed that. I currently have SKF seals. Did not feel a big difference with the SKF over stock but on my KTM the SKF seals made a huge difference. I bought my bike used so I never road the stock seals when brand new. Bike had about 10hrs on it when I bought it.

After having my forks revalved, there is no real noticable difference hot or cold. It did take three trips to the tuner to get the results I was looking for. The SKF seals are a big improvement over stock. These forks are one of the best I've used after careful set up. They don't deflect off anything now.
