Default Clutch

On my 250 ec 2000 model my clutch doesnt seem to diengage when the engine isn't running is this normal? It works fine when the engines running but when i pull the clutch in when its in gear to push it it wont push..

pretty normal. there are some mods to fix this. but if it'll kick in gear with clutch pulled in, it's probably not worth changing..
