Default vintage racing anyone?

anyone else here do ahrma/vintage cross country or mx?

built 2 new bikes this winter for sportsman 200 and historic 200. have another sportsman 200 almost done, but not ready to race this weekend..

woohoo, nothing like switching left/right shift in between races....

red one is a model 67 with 102 motor, and 21" front wheel (originally came with 19" - 67 was a scrambles/flat track setup bike that pre-dated the astro...) - it's a right shift which i suck at. should be fun.

blue one is a model 167 with 134 motor, ohlins shocks, husky forks, and parts from lotsa different bultacos... this bike is a screamer!

I figured if I ever got into MX racing vintage is the direction I would go. Nice bikes BTW.

are you doing trials at mid ohio?

i'll be running these bikes in cross country at mid-ohio(i don't mx).. or i might retire the red one if it's impossible to ride...and run something else.
