Default FSE 06 will not fire

I have an issue,
I started my FSE450-06 the other week no problems,
2 days later, I turn the key and the fuel pump noice/sound is very very faint, but bike fire and runs fine, next day try to get it to fire and all it will do is turn over and make a loud pop out the exhaust.
I changed the sparkplug no joy, I checked the relays all is well.
Took it to a gas gas dealer he plugs in computer and it says all is fine, they start looking for things contact importer and thay get them to check a few thinks, seem to think it is the crank senser, still waiting for it to arrive from OS.
Do you think the lack of fuel pump noise / pressure might play a part as it has been pushed into the corner of the workshop until the senser turns up.
Has anyone else had this issue.

If the fuel pump doesnt come on when the key is turned on then i would go back to the relay.

Sorry for stating perhaps obvious things: Fuel?

My pump sounds strange when out of fuel.

It was a crank angle senser and temp senser that were shot, all good now had to wait for the senser to come from spain
