I'll throw in my vote for the Cycra Probend CRM (center reach mount)
The "clamps" mount on the straight part of the bars, not on the taper so they are a lot more resistant to twisting. They also solve the cable routing problem. I'd also take the time to put the threaded inserts in the bar ends instead of using the expansion plugs. Those combined with the CRM and you have a rock solid set-up.
