Rear Brake master crossover
I hit a rock fairly hard a while back that forced the brake lever up, forcing the circlip out of the master. Since then i think the circlip housing has rounded and the circlip comes out fairly easily.
I believe the yz brake pedal can be made to work better than OEM, i wanted to know if the rear master and caliper for the yz would also bolt on? Anyone tried it?

Just thinking about it. Any of you engineering guys know if it would be possible to redo the recess lip where the circlip sits inside the master?

yz is almost a direct fit. crf aint too far off either.....

Mine has a Nissin, my Brembo cylinder leaked badly so it was a no Brainer and a direct swap.

Call Matto Cycle, they know. I used one from a YZ(various models) and it worked great.

I checked one from a 2003 CR250 and the holes lined up the same.

I just ordered a new one from motocrosscenter. It was on special and about the same price as what was available on eBay used
