Default Flywheel removal....Thread size.

Hey Guys,
I am about to do the floating ground setup for my Ec300 and will be buying a flywheel puller but cannot remember the thread size that the puller needs to be.
Can anyone remember or do they have one they do not need anymore?
Cheers Mark.

Since the ingition is the same as KTM uses, I think any KTM puller will work.

2-stroke Kawasaki KX, almost all size bikes use the same from 80 up to the old 500's and that is what fits GG. Do a search for "puller", I posted once with (I think) part numbers and thread sizes.

here, I'll save you the time....

This isn't much but I hope it helps someone, I know I spent considerable time researching it. Flywheel puller for GG 2T (works on both my bikes) is
"Magneto/Flywheel/Rotor Puller. 27mm x 1.0mm fine left hand threads. Kawasaki flywheel puller. Most off road and MX and Enduro models. 2 cycle 80 MX to late 500 MX models and KDX Enduros." This from Ricky Stator website. I bought a K & N brand puller (air filter folks) from the local Kawasaki dealer for $30 and it works perfect, part #82-0150.

Yes, its the common Kokusan flywheel puller. I have a couple of them. One is repackaged as a KTM part in the box with #6 276 807 if that makes things eaiser. That part# is about 10 yrs old.
