i have had terrible luck with trailtech units. they are just barely water resistant...... maybe they've improved, but i wouldn't buy another until they say 'water proof' or at least very water resistant...

Would that thing have an rpm meter? It's a very cool piece of technology and i would consider it if it's reasonably priced (-500 €)

Well- there's two of us, anyway, as most people seem to like them. Maybe it has something to do with where we ride... I don't know.
Taking it off and trying to dry it out got real old, real fast.
I'm also older and maybe a bit less tech saavy or feature needy, but I didn't care for all the crap and buttons- speedo/odo/trip is all I need! I got tired of toggling through this or that to change settings, pressing buttons, etc
I don't need the computer to flash when my fork oil should be changed.

There are GPS tracks on that site I would pay $100 to have taken down.

Stuff like this gets trashed quick when posted on the net!

I use a bicycle speedo. It's about an inch across, weighs nothing, cost $20. Has speed, dist, time moving, average speed etc etc and a clock that stays on! It uses the stock reed relay pickup in the front caliper. Been on there 2 years now!
