I tottaly get what you are saying.
I wasn't reffering to the webmaster as the one who would take this on. If jeepasaurus and others want to help support this effort, and you didn't have to deal with it why not? Cafepress handles the money, fullfillment and returns. There is no risk other than the time to create and upload designs.
