Replace the CR2032 battery in the back of it. It's clearly got no power when the engine is off. I've seen the same thing with 3 x trail techs on my bikes.

In other news, my speedo sensor has stopped working. Anyone know how to test?

Never had to check one, but I bet TrailTech can provide some info.

Thanks Neil. Will email them. They've been helpful in the past with other questions.

Easy check with ohm meter, magnet completes the circuit as it passes sensor.
Most times a broken wire at brake hose loop area from constant bending.

I'll replace the cable. I have some damage where it loops around the brake caliper from dragging in ruts/rocks. Can't see any exposed wires, but will most likely be the case.

I think I have a spare one floating around as well.

This is the response I got from Trail Tech support.

"I would recommend placing a small piece of foam in between the back of the battery and the battery cover. This will make sure the battery does not lose contact with the meter. What is happening is when you are riding it hard the battery is vibrating and then loses contact with the meter causing the reset. Using the foam will stop this."

Will let you know if this works when I get a chance.

Later.
