Default Organize Bikes for sale by Area/ State

If the Bike for Sale area where set up by Region and state within that Region and those fields were required in the For Sale post it would make it easier to find bikes for sale close to you if thats all you are interested in. Also maybe a weekly or monthly renewal requirement as many of the posts are very old.

Thanks - I'll think about it and look at it when I get back from vacation in a week. It's not good to break it up if there isn't enough volume in each area to justify it.

As an alternative - we can put a standard together to use certain keywords for regions in the post itself - east, west, central united states, etc. That way you could do a quick search in that forum and pull up only what you want to see.

thx,
jeff

wouldn't it be easier if you just required state/country in profile, then it would be obvious as to where things were?

stainlesscycle, Good point based on your response I noticed my own location wasn't listed. I had thought it was. Took me a little bit to find where its entered. Once I found it I realized it was in a logical location but I did have to hunt it down.

WebMaster, Thanks for the quick reply and all the work you do maintaining this site.

Tim

Would it be easier to have a byline that requires the location & price, like the title bar.
That way the ad cannot be posted until the required info is entered.

Just a thought.
