All right, I am a good old California boy born and raised, but I am moving out to Las Cruces, NM. I will finally be free from CA's stupid regulations. I plan on getting a GG EC300 once I am out there, but I want to get a street plate on it also. I need input as I have heard varying info about it possibly being hard to get a plate in NM, and I have heard it is easier getting a plate in TX. I have a friend who lives in El Paso, so registering in TX probably wouldn't be a problem. I need input from anyone who can tell me about getting it plated either in NM or TX, what would you recommend and why? I figured it would be better in this section as it has to do a bit with TX. Thanks in advance for the help.

I live in Las Cruces and was able to get plates on my FSE 450. It took a little time for the title / serial number search but now I can ride to the desert in peace. When you get moved lets tag up and I will give you all the details,
