Default 2002 EC300 swingarm rubbing block replacement options?

Newbie here, bought a 2002 EC300 a while back and haven't done anything but ride it around the yard yet, but yesterday I inventoried all the things I need to do to "dial it in" before the first real ride.

I noticed the chain rubbing block on top of the swingarm at the front (pivot) end was missing, just a broken piece of rubber at the single attach screw on the top side.

I ASSUME this rubbing block wrapped around the front of the swingarm and also attached underneath.

Haven't researched OEM replacement sources yet, is this also available as an aftermarket part? Where?

Default will '21-'23 fit an '02?

I found this one @ TM Designworks, wondering how far off (if any) this is from fitting my '02?

And do you have to remove the swingarm to install it?
