any interest in a plateable 04 ec300 want a 200/250

just throwing this out to see if anyone is interested, I have a 2004 ec 300 thinking about going back to a 250 or a 200 never rode a gasser 200 but anyway rundown on my bike:

2k3 ignition/ xc cdi box, boyesen rad valve, excellent tires, hd tubes, fmf fatty and turbine core2 just repacked, ltr powervalve cover, slave saver/case saver, skid plate radiator guards, rear rotor guard, pro taper bars new grips bar risers suspension good just had shock rebuilt I have the lighting system disconnected but I have a headlight and tail light for it has brake switch but it is damaged I also have a few misc parts and clean NJ title

Have you considered sourcing a 250 top end for it? Might work out cheaper than sourcing an entire new bike and then tuning it to meet your needs.

I just rode my '03 250 today and it was alot of fun. Totally different bike than my de300. Love 'em both. Still mostly use the 300 on tough technical trails. Just easier to climb and crawl with.

I miss my 03 250... If I could I'd be picking up one right now. That said you should post price and location also. I saw nj titled. Still nj? Location may help a potential buyer off the fence.

I went out yesterday for some good local rock crawling. Some newer trails laid out by trials riders here. Tight, steep, off camber, big rocks and slabs, nothing easy. I had all I needed in the 250, never stalled, even with a fresh trials tire and total traction. Once the head is done and its jetted right, there is no need for a 300 and the extra vibes.
