Default Top end rebuild...Piston question

This is probably a dumb question, but I am rebuilding the top end of my EC300 and I forgot to look at which way the piston gets installed before I took the stock one out.

I have a Wossner piston and it has an arrow on the top. Do I point this arrow toward the front wheel or the carburetor?

Arrow points towards the exhaust port (front tire).
