That's good information. And your right, nickle and diming savings is not always wise. However, when you're spending that kind of money, being picky on where you spend your money can save thousands, so I look at every option. When I ran the national series back in 1997, I spent $14000 just running around the country, paying for gas, tires, vehicle tires. I kept a running tally of what I was spending. If I hadn't had really helpful sponsors, the bill would have been much higher.
