Default SHowa 47mm USD forks on a '04 EC250 (with picts)

Hi all:

1st of all, sorry for my poor english, I'm spanish.

I just purchased an '04 EC250 and the fork was a mess, so I decided to install an USD SHowa TC forks from a Suzuzi RM125

Not that hard, you need to "drill" upper clamp from 54 to 55 mm and the lower clamp from 57mm to 58.5mm

Nesxt step is to get a Nissin support from a suzuki Rm or DRZ (widely

Left GG support, right Suzuki holder.

You will need a 250mm front disk or get a DRZ/RM 10mm caliper relocator
I got a 250mm disk from spanish company Nagesti (ref. NG606).

The bike is performing WODERFUL!!!!

have fun,

j.

Same length you have 310mm of travel iso of 295mm, mine didn't touch the fron fender at full compression, but there is nearly no room left and the tires were a litle bit worn. You may limit the travel internally if you are worried.

have fun,

j.
