Default 2011 EC300 Clutch drag

Just went on first trail ride on newly purchased 2011 300. The clutch seems to be losing it's hydraulic pressure. If I stop and hold the clutch in while in gear the clutch will start to drag and bike will creep and if brake is applied will stall motor. If I leave out the clutch and move forward but then pull clutch in again it's fine unless I sit and hold it again then it will go through the same problem . Anyone have this symptom or know what I can try to correct this. It's very hard to ride gnarly single track when the clutch has no release point and drags to the point of no clutch response when trying to slip. If I stop and kill motor and find nuetral and work lever a few times it will work as it should until I have to hold it in or try to slip it. Does it just need bled? When we got back to truck we pulled the maser cylinder cover and the mineral oil looked dark or off color, has anyone found contaminated fluid ?? Love the bike just can't live with the clutch working this way. Any Ideas or suggestions???

It is not right, My mineral oil is clear. I was sitting here trying to think of how you could isolate the master and slave cylinder to determine which is your leakdown point and it occured to me you may have an issue with the slave cylinder as that is the only place it could pick up a contaminate? I've not taken mine off yet, so not sure what the true potential is, but I suspect that is your leak. There must be some form of seal between the slave and the gearbox. Regardless, if it is contaminated you will need to have both the master and slave replaced as the oil will cause long term issues with the seals.
As I understand reading these forums, gasgas is quite responsive to initial build quality, so I would make a quick call before delving in real deep to prevent warranty conflicts.

Sounds like the master cyl is leaking back into it's resivior when under pressure.
Get the dealer to swap it out with another new one.
If there's no warranty fit a new seal and piston kit bc25922219.

I'm pretty sure there were a bad batch on some of the late model 2010 or early 2011's that were known to exhibit this behaviour. A search should turn up some info. I think maybe GGEvo had it happen on his..
