Low cost voltage regulator
I was not sure what was wrong, but I suspected the rectifier. Didnt want to pay 60 euros so I spent some time searching for rectifiers with same contact. I found this dirt cheap on Amazon and it works perfect. I found even cheaper for about 5 euros but that one was for 50cc mopeds. I bet it would have worked as good.
The photos in the link shows a rectifier without epoxi and that was what I expected. Same thing on aliexpress for G6 scooter, whatever that is. Used for ignition projects. Needs to dump into a big capacitor or battery in that application to keep voltage stable.
