2007 ec300 No lights

Hi!
I have a 2007 ec300 which I put away a couple of months ago due to a shiny new bike & it was working perfectly, now I've dug it out to check over & prep for a mate to have a play and there are no lights at all! The garage is slightly damp (just incase there's anything known to suffer)...
The regulator has had a hard life so I put a new one on for good measure & this has made no difference.
I read around 35v ac on the yellow wire from the stator, same at regulator & same on the headlight connector.
I can see nothing obvious, the headlight works fine off a battery. I've tried the headlight on bike without the tail light connected & vice versa with no joy.

Any suggestions or any common issues to look for?

Check the light switch. The contacts in them can get corroded when sitting. I've had to clean more than one of them to get them to work.

Turns out it was a bad ground connection due to fresh powder coating on the frame. I should've checked that sooner but it didn't occur to me initially since all had been working fine 🙄
