Sorry. I had to go out to the OT. I haven't really read it yet.

Updated!

They tested the EC250F, 450F 250 and the 300.

They loved the 250F and it was their favorite. They liked how there was no "grey wire" and no throttle stop. They said the Keihin carb was "jetted correctly and not hampered by leanness." They also said this about the 250f, "very ridable, ready to race, and frankly, we voted it GasGas's most excinting bike of 2010".

They didn't care for the race version because it was to stiff. They did say that they didn't have time to play around with the suspension.

All bikes "felt light and responsive, easy to steer, and plenty fast for what we were doing."

Trailrider always gives a fair and honest opinion, and has been testing at least one GG a year since the GGNA days. All opinions have been favorable.

But no mention of the new GG ralley bike.. a 450 with a wider 5 & 6th gear, 5 gallon tank, twin headlights and a fairing reported to be in the $10,500 range.. a true cross country racer,, baja 1000 lookout...

Special built to order only for the ralley bikes. Pay up front and wait....and the special ralley parts you surely DO NOT want to break. But jeez they sure look awesome I must admit and as an adventure bike it would be so cool. They should bring it in DOT approved and in the 515 version and it would sell.

I'm going to a GasGas test day 31 october in Bilstain, Belgium. There i'm going to test the new 250 4 stroke and a 250 2 stroke enduro. I think the 4 stroke will be easy to ride, but the 2 stroke will probably be much more exciting...

CycleNews had very similar comments to those listed by TrailRider.
