make sure the bottom shock mount bolt isn't rubbing any of the linkage. On my 06 300 if you put the bolt in the wrong way the head of the bolt slightly rubs the linkage arm. The clearance even when installed correctly is amazingly tight ... just something to check .....

Something looks wrong. The link bolts should both be oriented the same way - the bolt head should be on the same side. Look in the parts manual.
