Jonty Edmonds' article pretty much hit the nail on the head about the 2-strokes not getting enough attention in recent years as GasGas has put most of their development attention on the FSE/FSR.

His comments about the rebadged FSR 4-stroke seem to be spot on about the bike being a great Dual-sport machine that falls short of what others (ie. KTM, Husky etc.) have achieved for a competitve 450 4-stroke.

it always drove me nuts when the dirtbike mags. would have a test of current dirtbikes and the Gas-Gas was never in it. it was always the "usual suspects" with Gas-Gas omitted. isn't there a way for Gas-Gas to contact these magazines and make sure thier bikes are included in the comparisons?
