I just changed from 5wt that the tuner used to 7.5 wt. I poured approx 400cc out of each leg.

i would try the 20cc squirt and test option myself. afterall,it's still a guess if 110mm is really what you seek.i've run as little as 95 mm air gap in my 525 ktm to keep from bottoming in baja. keep adding oil in small incriments until your forks feel good and your not bottoming out . besides,math makes my head hurt!
