Default Rekluse or estart, same price roughly, what would you buy?

I'm looking for some answers

Estart, didn't like the rekluse, people talk about the ease of the kick but that's not the point to me when your stuck on a gnarly hill climb or on a side hill etc. that's why I added one

The rekluse opened up a whole new choice of options like the LHRB. But the estrart can be as equally valuable. Just depends on your needs?

I agree with that, I've heard a lot of people loving the rekluse but everyone I ride with felt the same as me, didn't care for it but I've yet to ride with anyone that currently has estart that would give it up

Neither, unless you are planning on loaning your bike to your girlfriend.

Few times rolling down steep off camber hills and stalling its been a pain having to jump onthe high side and perform the left legged kick technique. Times like that remind me of the benefits of the button. In saying that bendix and battery maintenance is something I don't need. Only tried the auto crutch once, and wasn't overly wowed. Felt more like I was competing with it than letting it do the work for me which was probably the problem. I ride for the experience and to hone the skills so letting the recluse do all the clutching takes away the fun, even if it does do it better.
