Ok that took wayyy too long so haven't tried to make it look pretty, maybe later.

Its 3 bits of 10mm plate bolted together with the center one reaching up to the swingarm.

Chain tomorrow, midnight last night, 11 tonight. All my air filters are dirty. . .sigh.

Chain on revealed more metal to be removed due to sprocket clash forward position.

Now I have templates I can take orders to replicate. I'd think $800 would convince me to make another the same painstaking way. But 2 would be worse so I'd give up before then.

Ya, the slider almost $150CAD by the time it get to me..... The guide closer to 200!

The take away is, the KTM chain guide will work. ('18-'19 bikes)
Just find one cheaper.

Just found a front chain slider and also a rear chain guide at motocross center for a reasonable price. But shipping could be expensive depending on where you are
