Default Ec200 Bottom end.

I posted this on the smackover site but had no replies (it's been very quiet on there recently!)

I'm going to be replacing the mains on my 03 200 over the next couple of weeks, what's the best thing to do with the big end bearing a friend recently put new mains in his 250 but left the big end as it felt ok. I was thinking while the engine is stripped it would be worth doing but looking at the parts list it seems you can't buy the bearing separetely so do you need a new con rod kit? if so GasGas or hot rod etc. is the cr250 one the same?
Also looking at the parts list the 200 uses two ball race mains instead of the 250/300 ball race and roller, is there an option to upgrade my setup or just leave it.
Cheers Steve.
PS Whilst mine was out of action a friend loaned me his 03 Husaberg 400
to do a fairly tough enduro, it was awesome! got my best result ever.
