Default Kilted duck

I am sure I will put some scrapes on my bike again this year. Hopefully it won't be raining again

I have plans to be there. Wow! I'll be able to make 2 events in a 2 week span.

I will be there rain or shine, but I prefer sun. Or at least not steady rain.

I drove up & spent the night(sat.). As I headed off to sign in...Front brake locked up. I fooled with it for a minute, and discovered the ear on the pad(where it attaches to the caliper) snapped off. I wouldn't even consider riding Walker without fully functioning brakes. So I loaded up, and went home. At least I wasn't way up on the hill...I made it all of 30 feet from the trailer. I got some seat time Saturday afternoon, and it could've been worse.

This was an awesome event. I tried but could not quite get me and the 07 to the podium, had to settle for 4th overall. I saw a number of GasGas bikes all prettier than mine, their was an older GG all decked out that was particularly nice. Didn't really get a chance to chat with any of the owners.

Other than REVERUP's meet-N-greet, I see more GG bikes at Walker than any other riding areas combined.
