Default Nambotin question

im a little confused with the triple clamps on the 2011 Nambotin bikes.

what is the difference in the different insert? im wanting to set it up with the same setup as a std 2011 300.

measure the distance from the fork tubes to the steer tube on the frame(s).

If I've understood previous discussions the shorter distance(less offset) will make the bike more stable at speed in exchange for turning slower.
