FYI - my '04 EC200 has been down waiting for some parts so I've been riding my KX/DX200. I wrapped the brake pedal around the footpeg and discovered that my Gas Gas brake lever works as a replacement!
Moral of the story: the rear brake pedal from a '92 KX125 should fit (at least a '04 gas gas) You will need to use the bushing from the pivot point on the gas gas pedal to use the KX pedal. PS. My bike is a bit of a frakenbike and I think the actual pedal on it is from a '94 KDX200 so that should work too.
