Hydraulic clutch bleed "read this"
Bleeding the clutch system may require removing the clutch pressure plate.
I ran into that problem when I removed the slave cylinder to install a protective cover. while I had it off the piston popped out...which I thought no big deal I'll just bleed it. "wrong" I even tried a power bleeder, back bleeding, etc, with no luck. Once I removed the clutch springs and pressure plate, bleeding it was a snap. All's I can think of is the bleeding pressure is not strong enough to overcome the clutch springs, the piston is forced to the back of the slave and there it stays. Webmaster, should this be a sticky or placed in the tech section? |

Or just attach a syringe to a tube and inject the fluid into the bleed nipple.
Watch all the tiny bubbles foam up into the reservoir, when they stop bubbling up you're done. It helps to have another syringe to such some fluid out of the reservoir as it fills up. Takes 5 mins.

The slave cylinder piston popped out he said, so that would make things much worse than normal..
