You must have the estart model. It uses a DC powered CDI, so the "single winding" wires are not connected to anything. You should get a high AC voltage on the two wires going to the rectifier. If not the stator may be bad. Clean and grease every wiring connection. Clean every ground point then try running the bike and checking AC voltage out of the stator. If it's high (50-60 volts), then check the DC voltage out of the Reg/Rect. If low you need a new Reg/Rect. If your battery voltage drops low enough the CDI may start misfiring.

Download the 2014 GG enduro manual. It has wiring diagrams in it.

The units on those listings appear different, but someone else may be able to advise you. I don't know what differences exist on the newer machines. If you search a bit you can find topics here that show how to install a common KTM stator on the GG mounting plate. A little modification to the wiring connectors is required. Here is a photo of the 2011 stator. Note the number of windings.

I was check possible solution. AC voltage from stator is 50-60V on normal throttle but on full throttle is 80/90V. Is this ok or to high

Don't get too concerned about the actual AC voltage. You are measuring it with only the tiny load of a multimeter. Under normal conditions the regulator/rectifier will clip the excess voltage. The actual DC voltage output should be anywhere from 13.8 to 14.8 volts. Try a new R/R and measure the DC output.
