No its just oil and when I touched the skirt to see if the dots can be felt with finger nail that wave like imprint remained

No clue, its the one they installed at the factory. Allegedly GG bought them from Woessner, but am not sure if that is true...

True, I called Teuber Motors, they say the blank is made by S3 then finalized by Vertex.

Update: compression is at 185 psi.

Saturday I will test with high octane fuel and I also will change oil brand.

Talked to an engine guy yesterday and he said that I probably run it in too careful and too long and that the blow by may be from the running in phase. He also said: ride the damn thing and replace the piston at 80 hours...

Hi all, l spotted a post from back in 2020 about the Gas gasec300 engine noisy when just cruising along. I've got a 2019 ec300 with only 33 hours on it and noise is bad as.. Has anybody on the site came across the same problem and sorted it out. I've checked and done just about everything to try and nut this out. Dmoto.

These bikes make more noise than some, even when there is no issue. Easy things to check will be the power valve, which can rattle if the actuator arm is making contact with the hole in the cylinder/case, chain slap, and the expansion chamber at the exhaust spigot or one of the mounts. Could also be pipe bang

Post a video with audio if you can.

Can you hear the noise with the bike in and out of gear? Does it go away when you pull the clutch lever in? Does it change with RPM?

At rest- put your boot on the pipe.

Then check for chain rubbing.
