I think that the reason why my tech 10's have lasted 3 years is that I have used them only in summer (june - october) . As you allready know we have snowy winter, and then Boot has to have slippery sole. For that use I have 2 pair of Acerbis X-tight boots. They ar warm, lighter and have reasonable protection.

Gas Gas EC 300 Factory Racing 2012
- Ohlins TTX both front and rear
- Rekluse Core EXP 2.0 + Rekluse clutch basket
- Scalvini full exhaust system
- S3 Head
- Trusty adjustable PV cover

That was ultimate setup for me...
Now trying something else for a while...

they cost a bloody fortune but i'd go with a set of sidi's. I've got sg 10's now but when they wear out I'll go back to sidi.

Went to see doctor today. Control X-ray showed that there was two broken bones that have started to ossify well. Firs time when I was X-rayed two weeks ago another doc was not sure if another bone was broken or not, but she supected it was. There is no big deal if it was or not, they are well located and healing is proceeding normaly.

So good news. Two or three weeks and I'll be back racing again!
