Nissan Rear Brake Master Cylinder

Has anyone converted the old style Nissan rear brake master cylinder over to the "new style" with the intergrated reservior on the older bikes? 1997-?? What ever year they did a way with the little reservior mounted on the frame to the left of the shock...what a mouth full!

Looks like the mounting bolts are the same, lower sub frame support will not be a problem.....
