Default 2013 EC 300 Marzocchi top fork clicker stuck

Hi, I was busy putting all my settings back to stock but the left forks clicker is
not working, it clicks but does not reach the end, so i cant zero it

And I cant figure out how to remove the cap, there is a red nut shaped
thing up top but does not do anything when i turn it

Any help would be greatly appreciated

A red nut??

Got a picture? Are these 45mm OC or 48mm CC with PFP adjusters.

Ok, so figured out how to undo the caps
these are 45 OC forks
Elevate the bike, and undo the top nut, it might seem that
nothing is happening but keep turning, eventually the cap will start coming out
then compress the suspension and undo the last bit

Checked everything at the top and looks ok, spoke to my mechanic
and he reckons the brass screw at the bottom is stripped, so will have to send it in
