So, I've read all this very interesting post and I've bought the Fiat connector and upload all the Guzzi softs. I can connect to the ECU and do all what I want !!!

May be I could later give you my map (.bin file) but not imediately cause I have some problems.

I have a little question, I know that the Gasgas FSE450 2007 has the same ECU and the same magnetic flywheel than my quad, and my question is:
can I put in my ECU the FSE450 2007 map ?
I think of course that I can but is there a risk to do this ?

Thanks a lot for all,
Regards,
Jerome
Hi Jerome

I don't think there is any risk by loading a map from FSE but it might be a different caracter. Compare the maps to see if they are different. Or you can send it to me at yngvimark@gmail.com

Hello,

Thanks for you to be interested by my question ...

So I will try may be tomorrow to put the FSE2007 Map in the ECU of my quad.
And if I have time, I will compare the two maps using tunerpro.

Now I've just used guzzidiag, I've found this not to hard for use but I don't understand all the values in it.

I'll tell you soon ...
Thanks,

Jerome

Hello everybody !

I've found my problem !!!

before I've just cleaned the injector by hand with gazoline...
I tryed too by loading the 450 FSE Map, because I though it was an ECU problem but the result was the same ... no good

Yesterday ... an idea to clean the injector by a better way,
so I went to see a friend who have and electrolisys sytem in his garage ... (it's correct ?)

That was the solution just mounting it and the engine is so well !!!

It's a beguiner error ... I learn everyday !

So I'm very happy.
Thank you for all and if anyone have any question on the quad Gasgas Wild HP 2007, he can ask me of course !

Regards,
Jerome

I've just forgot one thing ...

One day, I will test the connection with TunerPro to optimize the engine of my quad.
A little later, now I just want to ride cause the weather is sun and sun and sun ...

regards,

Jerome

Hi,

Here's the FSR450 2007 map, I thinks it's the same for the FSE (page 3 or 4 of this post)

I added all the MAP files that i have found here: LINK

I try to keep them there and not remove them for anyone who needs them.
fse450_2005(2007 values) - this is 2005 MAP where all the values have been replaced with 2007 MAP values. USE ONLY ON YOUR OWN RISK!!!
I have made one ride with this MAP and seems okay...any other feedback welcome!

2004 and 2005 MAP files seemed to be the same. I found out from my dealer that 2005 was very troubled year. Many ECU-s needed reflash and some got custom MAP but many just got 2004 or 2006 MAP.
So if anyone else has any MAP files that are not uploaded to my Drive then just send them to me and i'll upload them for everyone. (taavivalentin gmail dot com)

Hello, this is my first post ever

I'm Christian from Germany, and I want to thank you for spending a lot of time,
work and brain in MagnetiMarelli.
Great job.

I'm not in need to change trim, but I want to try some other maps on my two extra ECUs.(Never touch my Nr1 ECU + Hardware)
Already saved the 4502003 map... seems stock.
I heard that the 03 runs one fixed map-but Tunerpro shows map A and B.
How can I find out whitch is now running?

GuzziDiag shows saved errors for "left cylinder"? (Ignored it up to now.)

To RoyalAL:
my 3rd ECU is a Piaggio. Perhaps you can tell a bit more about the changed bootloader to fit a 2007GasGas.BIN. Hard to understand, for me.

Thank you,

I have been running Tafka's 2007 map put in 2005 bin it is working great for me, a lot less engine breaking, easyer to kick start even with my short kick start.
