If I've got this right:
The 200-250/300 cases are the same, BUT the machining for the 200 is different, so short answer is no.

Since the cases are the same the complete motors will swap into the same chassis

I think there is a way to put a 250 cylinder on a 200 making a 220cc, but not sure where I got the idea?

Rick, are you referring to the 125(167)cc .That Hasslbri and Elvis have?
I'd like to hear more of the 220cc.Sound's like fun.

No, there was a new member sometime back, I think it was early in the year that he stated he had a "one off motor" I think it was a 200 bottom end with a 250 rod and mod crank.... The member was asking a ton of questions about a replaement rod or something of that nature..... I remember reading about it......I'm not sure if it was a new thread or a thread that got high jacked???

I wish I could remember more details for you guys.... as it made for intresting reading.

All 3 use the same rod (same as CR250). The crank is where the difference is. In saying that, in theory you could bore out a 200 cylinder to 250 spec, use a 250 piston and head, and achieve around 225cc. I guess you could also use a 250 cylinder, but would have to shorten it and set the port timing.
