Ec 300 09 Speed Meter Doesnt Work

Hi Guys,
I Just Came Back From A Ride And Washed My Gg 300, When I Was Riding Towards My Home, Back From Where I Washed The Bike, I Noticed That The Speed Meter Was Showing 0 Km/h (time Display Is Running Fine) . Have U Got Any Idea What Might Have Happened?
Before I Washed The Bike Everything Was Working Fine.
